How long does shipping take?
United Kingdom and EU orders usually arrive in under two weeks. Orders to the rest of the world typically take one to four weeks. Orders dispatch from our Singapore fulfilment partner. Tracking numbers go out by email as soon as the parcel ships.
Which brands do you stock?
We stock Modalert and Waklert from SUN Pharmaceuticals, and Modvigil and Artvigil from HAB Pharmaceuticals. Every pack is factory-sealed, exactly as sold in Indian pharmacies.
Are your products genuine?
Yes — Packs are factory-sealed with batch numbers and expiry dates, sourced from SUN Pharmaceuticals and HAB Pharmaceuticals. Blister packs carry batch numbers and expiry dates you can verify.
What if my order never arrives?
Every order is covered by our free reshipment guarantee. If a parcel is stopped or shows no tracking movement for more than 10 business days, we reship it free on request. Most quiet parcels still arrive on their own — you never carry the risk.
My tracking has not updated in a few days. Should I worry?
Usually not — international tracking often goes quiet for a few days while a parcel sits between customs points, and most of those parcels still land inside the normal one-to-four-week window. If nothing moves for more than 10 business days, we reship free on request.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes — Orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of the contents or of Dino Supplies on the outside.
How do I pay?
Bitcoin is the only payment method at checkout right now, handled through our BTCPay Server. Paying with Bitcoin applies an automatic 20% discount after any coupon. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay checkout is not available at the moment; we are working on bringing it back. The payment page always shows what checkout accepts right now.
